Ingredients:
– 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
– 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 1 red bell pepper, sliced
– 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
– 1 cup snow peas
– 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
– 2 tbsp soy sauce
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tsp ginger, grated
– 2 tbsp vegetable oil
– Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Step 1: Marinate the Beef and Shrimp
In a bowl, combine the beef, shrimp, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Step 2: Sear the Beef and Shrimp
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and shrimp, and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
Step 3: Add Veggies
Add the sliced bell peppers and snow peas to the skillet. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the veggies are tender-crisp.
Step 4: Glaze with Hoisin Sauce
Pour the remaining hoisin sauce over the beef, shrimp, and veggies. Stir well to coat everything evenly.
Step 5: Serve
Remove from heat and transfer to a serving dish. Serve the Hoisin Glazed Beef and Shrimp with Veggies hot over steamed rice.
