Ingredients:

2 1/2 cups shredded coconut

1 cup sweetened condensed milk

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup powdered sugar

1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

8 oz white chocolate or semi-sweet chocolate, melted

Instructions:

Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar. If using, fold in the chopped nuts. Mix until everything is well combined and forms a thick, sticky dough.

Form Balls: Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes to set.

Melt Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white or semi-sweet chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth.

Dip Balls: Using a fork or toothpick, dip each frozen ball into the melted chocolate, coating it completely. Return the balls to the parchment-lined baking sheet.

Set: Let the chocolate-covered balls sit at room temperature or refrigerate until the chocolate is set.
